QUALITIES

Power Attack (ex) - A Earth Elemental (Greater) may choose to take a penalty to its attack roll (up to -5). For each point of penalty, the Earth Elemental (Greater) does one extra point of damage. The Earth Elemental (Greater) must decide to use power attack at the beginning of its turn and it applies to all attack made until the start of its next turn.

Earth Glide (ex) - A creature with earth glide can can pass through stone, dirt, or almost any other sort of earth except metal as easily as a fish swims through water. If protected against fire damage, it can even glide through lava. Its burrowing leaves behind no tunnel or hole, nor does it create any ripple or other sign of its presence.

ACTIONS
Attacks

Cleave (ex) - As a standard action, the Earth Elemental (Greater) can make a single attack with a melee weapon at its highest attack bonus. If it hits, it deals damage normally and can make another attack against a foe adjacent to the first. The Earth Elemental (Greater) may continue making as many attacks as possible provided opponents are adjacent and in range. Using cleave, causes the creature to take a -2 penalty to AC until its next turn.

Awesome Blow (ex) - The Earth Elemental (Greater) can strike its targets with a powerful blow using a grapple check instead of a normal attack. If successful, it deals 2d6+12 damage and knocks the target backward 10 feet causing it to fall prone

This hulking, roughly humanoid creature of dirt and stone explodes up from the earth, faceless save for two glowing gemstone eyes.

Earth elementals are plodding, stubborn creatures made of living stone or earth. When utterly still, they resemble a heap of stone or a small hill. When an earth elemental lumbers into action, its actual appearance can vary, although its statistics remain identical to other elementals of its size. Most earth elementals look like terrestrial animals made out of rock, earth, or even crystal, with glowing gemstones for eyes. Larger earth elementals often have a stony humanoid appearance.
