Water Breathing (ex) - The creature can breathe under water.
Horrific Appearance (su, Mental) - The sight of a Sea Hag is so revolting that anyone within 60 feet who sets eyes upon one must succeed on a CON save or instantly be weakened, taking 1d6 points of Strength damage. Creatures that are affected by this power or that successfully save against it cannot be affected again by the same creature's horrific appearance for 24 hours.

Evil Eye (su, Mental, 3/day) - A hag can cast its dire gaze upon any single creature within 30 feet. Each day that passes, the comatose victim must make a CON save or perish.
