QUALITIES

Power Attack (ex) - A Knight may choose to take a penalty to its attack roll (up to -5). For each point of penalty, the Knight does one extra point of damage. The Knight must decide to use power attack at the beginning of its turn and it applies to all attack made until the start of its next turn.

Stamina (ex) - This creature has a stamina pool of 4 points that can be used to perform actions that require it. When scoring a critical hit or killing a creature, this creature gains another stamina point. Actions which have the (Stamina) tag use up one point.

Aware (ex) - The Knight cannot be flanked while armed.

Brave (ex) - This creature gains favor on saving throws against being frightened.

Intimidating Weapon (ex) - This creature's weapon grants it advantage on intimidation checks.

ACTIONS
Attacks

Cleave (ex) - As a standard action, the Knight can make a single attack with a melee weapon at its highest attack bonus. If it hits, it deals damage normally and can make another attack against a foe adjacent to the first. The Knight may continue making as many attacks as possible provided opponents are adjacent and in range. Using cleave, causes the creature to take a -2 penalty to AC until its next turn.

Parry (Reaction)(ex) - As a reaction to a successful melee or ranged attack roll, this creature may make an attack roll at its highest bonus. If its roll is greater than the roll of the attacker, the attack automatically misses. This may only be used once per round.

Defense (ex) - The [creatures]'s weapon functions well defensively. When taking full defense it gains +6 to AC instead of +4.

Action Surge (Full Round)(ex) - This creature can gain one additional attack when using the Full Attack action. This does not stack with other effects which provide the same benefit, such as Haste.

DESCRIPTION

Knights are warriors who pledge service to rulers, religious orders, and noble causes. A knight's alignment determines the extent to which a pledge is honored. Whether undertaking a quest or patrolling a realm, a knight often travels with an entourage that includes squires and hirelings who are commoners.
