Description: You possess an animal's body by touching them. If they fail a Wis save, your body vanishes, and you take control of the target's body. While in the animal's body, you keep your Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma, level, class, combat proficiency bonus, save bonuses, alignment, and mental abilities. The body retains its Strength, Dexterity, Constitution, hit points, natural abilities, and automatic abilities. A body with extra limbs does not allow you to make more attacks (or more advantageous two-weapon attacks) than normal. You can't choose to activate the body's extraordinary or supernatural abilities. The creature's spells and spell-like abilities do not stay with the body.
As a standard action, you can leave the possessed body, returning control to the animal. As long as the spell's duration hasn't expired, you can still possess another animal or repossess the previous one, though it gains another Wis save against your attempt. If the host body is slain, you likewise leave its body.
Leveling: When a witch casts this spell at level 8, they are able to possess any creature, not just animals, in the same manner.
