The Copper Dragon (Juvenile) must decide to use power attack at the beginning of its turn and it applies to all attack made until the start of its next turn.

Slow Breath (su, every 1d4 rounds) - Instead of a line of acid, a copper dragon can breathe a cone of slowing gas. Those in the cone must make a CON save or be slowed (as per the spell slow) for 1d6 rounds plus 1 round per age category of the dragon.
