QUALITIES

Power Attack (ex) - A White Dragon (Wyrm) may choose to take a penalty to its attack roll (up to -5). For each point of penalty, the White Dragon (Wyrm) does one extra point of damage. The White Dragon (Wyrm) must decide to use power attack at the beginning of its turn and it applies to all attack made until the start of its next turn.

Icewalking (ex) - This creature can walk and climb on ice without any restrictions. On icy walls, this ability functions like spider climb.

ACTIONS
Attacks

Breath Weapon (su, every 1d4 rounds) - 60-ft. cone of cold, 22d4 cold damage

Frightful Presence (Free)(ex, Mental, Fear) - As a free action, this creature can demonstrate its frightful presence (usually through a roar or other effect). Opponents who witness this gain level 3 fear for 5d6 rounds. Opponents who succeed on a save are immune to this effect for 24 hours. If the target loses sight of the creature, it gets a new save each round.

Crush (ex) - This dragon can land on foes as a standard action, using its whole body to crush them. Crush attacks are effective only against opponents three or more size categories smaller than the dragon. A crush attack affects as many creatures as fit in the dragon's space. Creatures in the affected area must succeed on a Dex save or take bludgeoning damage and become grappled (level 2). Crush attacks deal damage equal to the maximum melee attack the dragon can make. Grappled targets automatically take this damage again at the beginning of their turns for as long as they remain grappled.

Vital Strike (ex, every 1d4 rounds) - As a standard action, the White Dragon (Wyrm) can make one attack at full bonus that deals additional damage. Roll the damage from the attack twice before adding other damage bonuses. This extra weapon damage is not multiplied on a critical hit but is still added to the total.

Freezing Fog (sp, 3/day) - It is similar to an acid fog spell but deals cold damage instead of acid damage. It also causes slippery ice to form on any surface the fog touches. Those walking on ice must make a DEX save or fall prone. Creatures who walk or crawl do so at half the normal speed on ice.

Ice Shape (su) - A young white dragon can shape ice and snow at will. This ability functions as stone shape, but only targeting ice and snow, not stone.

DESCRIPTION

Environment: cold mountains

Organization: None

Treasure: triple

This dragon's scales are a frosty white. Its head is crowned with slender horns, with a thin membrane stretched between them.

Although most consider it to be the weakest and most feral of the chromatic dragons, the white dragon makes up for its lack of cunning with sheer ferocity. White dragons dwell on remote, frozen mountaintops and in arctic lowlands, making their home in glittering caves full of ice and snow. They prefer their meals completely frozen.
